In a Back Care class you will learn the skills and benefits of being present, focusing your energy, and reconnecting with yourself. Slow down your mind, bring clarity to your thoughts, and experience personal growth. Incorporating calming yoga and Pilates postures in a way that will encourage mobility and strength back to your spine and help you to maintain more freedom of movement in your daily life.

Your spine and overall health directly relate to how you move and feel. The Back Care class will help you find an improved range of motion and even increase in height just by correcting your spine alignment.
What to expect in a back care class
Within the class you will be taken through activations and warm up to free up the muscles and joints in preparation for the more specific back and joint exercises.
You will learn proper breathing which is paramount in helping you to to reach your full capacity, to relieve stress and tension, engage the right muscles, and correct your body alignment. You will learn also, Pilates based exercises which have been carefully chosen to stretch and strengthen the muscles particularly in the area of the back, hips and shoulders, working in a gently and progressive way.
The end of class is marked by a relaxation for the whole body
