Experience necessary. This class is a faster paced Pilates class covering more advanced Pilates repertoire - think Teaser, Controlled Balance and Star!! Focus: Tone and strong core control. All equipment provided. If you're unsure call us or email us to discuss your level. Also note that class may be cancelled on isolated weeks. e.g. half terms etc. Teacher: Joelle Barker
