PILATES MATWORK CLASSES

Welcome to our weekly classes! Whether you're a beginner or have some experience, we have the perfect level for you. Join our basic level for a comfortable pace, mixed level for a slightly quicker pace, or advanced level for those with a lot more experience. We can't wait to see you in class!

REFORMER CLASSES

We're delighted to announce our proposal for Studio 3's refurbishment, including new equipment specifically for Pilates! We will start by offering one-on-one sessions and, over the next few months, expand to include small group classes. We will be offering a discount on reformer classes and package deals for one month, six months, and annually to all of our existing students, not just those enrolled in Pilates.

YOGA

Looking to improve your physical and mental well-being? Join our Basic Hatha Yoga class every Thursday and experience the benefits of this ancient practice. Plus, we're excited to be starting a new Beginners class in June, perfect for those new to yoga or looking to their practice. Don't miss out on opportunity to enhance your health and wellness.

CALM & RELAXATION PROGRAMME

Great news! We have a new class on our timetable that could be perfect for you if you struggle with relaxation, energy levels, and rumination. Our hour and a half class combines breath work, Qi Gong, yoga, and Pilates movements to help you let go and live life to the fullest. We can also provide advice on developing a daily morning routine and improving your dietary regime. Join us and start feeling better today!
