We progress gradually and comprehensively, allowing students to feel confident in their understanding and execution exercises while working at a pace that suits them best.

A reasonable level of fitness is required for general classes. Anyone wishing to attend classes at The Dance Workshop should establish their level with the teacher before attending class and go over any health issues beforehand
