Focus your inner energy, calm and focus your mind, relax your body for NEW strength, NEW flexibility, NEW peace of mind. A unique course, incorporating Ayurvedic health and dietary guidance,  Qigong exercises, Pilates strengthening and Yoga breathing techniques. 

CALM & RELAX

This program is a recent addition to our schedule. If you struggle with relaxation, find yourself persistently overthinking, feel deficient in energy, or are unable to fully let go and live life to the fullest, this class might be just what you need. The ninety-minute session combines breathwork, Qi Gong—the art of effortless power —and simple movements derived from yoga and Pilates. We can also provide guidance on establishing daily eating habits.

A reasonable level of fitness is required for general classes. Anyone wishing to attend classes at  BODYWORKS should establish their level with the teacher before attending class and go over any health issues beforehand
