About the Event
In this workshop you will be guided through a series of yoga movements specifically designed to improve and gently mobilise the spine and strengthen the surrounding muscles. If you have been suffering from non-specific back pain or just want to work gently with your body to improve tone and strength this workshop will be very suitable for you.
