Service Description

Bodyworks Reformer Machine class for those who have some experience of reformer or have attended the improver level 1 classes. You can build on your new core strength and flexibility in small group settings. We have one drop in space available. Please call to book. Continue your Pilates journey, challenging and transforming your body. Thursdays 6.30 pm
