Bodyworks Reformer Machine class for those who have attended previous beginner and improver level classes. You can build on your new core strength and flexibility in small group settings. For just £18 per person up until Christmas. Challenge and transform your body. Don't miss out on this opportunity to enhance your Pilates journey with Bodyworks. Please note that some weeks, the class will be on Tuesdays instead of Wednesdays - all at 5.30 pm
